My workflow in 2026 (discovery to research)
I often document the discovery call with Granola. Then I export all the content to Notion and document it there. I also document the thought process, and updates on Notion. I then like to open the Notes app, which is quite unconventional, but I like it since it provides a space to think independently without any help from AI, or bias from any sources. I then carry out thorough research using design thinking methods online, or through platforms like Perplexity. After writing the plan of action and initial thoughts on the Notes app, I add context on Claude to make it a collaborative partner during the research phase.
